I’m still waiting for my order, and I haven’t received any clear delivery update from them. it feels disappointing and not worth the hassle so far...

The canvas was okay. A bit flimsy though. The paint was the bigger issue. It dried patchy. Didn’t look smooth at all. Kind of disappointing.

"Custom image barely resembled my dog"
I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit using a photo of my dog, it came out far from what I expected.
The colors were strange, the shape of my dog’s face looked off, and a few areas just turned into random-looking blobs. I understand these things won’t be an exact copy, but this really didn’t feel close enough to make the painting enjoyable.
I reached out to support, and while they were polite, the response was very basic and didn’t really solve anything. I’m disappointed, and I wouldn’t order a custom image again.
"Honestly, painting with it was a hassle"
I tried Paintly Fun thinking I’d make a quick little painting, but it ended up being more frustrating than fun. Maybe part of it is on me for expecting it to be super simple right away, but the tools felt laggy and I couldn’t really figure out what I was doing half the time. I kept messing up basic parts that should’ve been easy, and after fighting with it for a while, I just gave up.

I reached out for help twice because I really needed an answer, but days went by and nobody replied. It was frustrating, especially since I’d expected better based on my past experiences with customer support elsewhere.
